Phone bookings are only available on weekdays, either early in the morning or late afternoon. Due to high volumes during peak hours and weekends, we’re unable to take calls at other times. Please note that we cannot accept bookings via voicemail, so kindly avoid leaving a message.

You’re always welcome to visit us to book in person. We kindly ask that you come either in the morning or late afternoon to help avoid peak hours.

Once your booking is in the basket, you’ll see a discount code box above the checkout button. Simply enter your 16-digit code, and your discount will be applied instantly.

Any rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Changes made after this period will only be subject to a 50% refund, to cover the cost of ingredients and preparation. You will find the link to reschedule or cancel on your email.

We provide gluten-free and vegan options. Simply select your preference during booking for £1 per person.
