Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been processed, it will be dispatched according to the delivery method selected at checkout.
Standard UK Deliveries (via Evri)
We offer standard UK delivery for orders outside our immediate delivery area via Evri.
Standard delivery is charged at a flat rate of £9.99 for all orders.
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Free Delivery
Free delivery is available on qualifying orders of £200 or more for outdoor, plants, and compost & aggregates products (excluding VAT).
