If you have one of our older hand-written physical gift cards, the code may occasionally have trouble applying at checkout. Please enter only the 16 digits, without any # symbols, spaces or hyphens.

Local delivery is available for addresses within our delivery area around Langton Greenhouse & Garden Centre, LE16 7TG. Orders outside this area cannot be accepted for local delivery under this policy.

We provide local deliveries every Saturday. Orders placed by midday on Friday will usually be scheduled for the next available Saturday delivery, subject to availability. Orders received after this cut-off will be scheduled for the following delivery date.

Delivery charges start from £9.99 for orders under £200. Free delivery is available on qualifying orders of £200 or more across our outdoor, plants, compost and aggregate ranges, excluding VAT and any additional charges.

For orders outside our local delivery area, we offer standard UK delivery via Evri. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and, once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Standard UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.99, and you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Free delivery is available on qualifying orders of £75 or more across our outdoor, plants, compost and aggregates ranges, excluding VAT.

Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping. Some products may also have delivery restrictions due to their size, weight or handling requirements. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you after it has been placed. We’re also unable to take responsibility for delays caused by the delivery carrier once your order has been dispatched.

We offer a 14-day returns policy. Items must be returned unused, unworn, with tags attached, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase.

Online returns must be requested through our Shopify returns portal via your Order Status page. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return label or QR code.

A £2.49 return processing fee applies to eligible returns and will be deducted from your refund.

If your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us through the returns portal or email enquiries@langtongreenhouse.co.uk.

Some items cannot be returned, including food, flowers, plants, personalised products, personal care products, hazardous items, sale items and gift cards.

Approved refunds will be sent to your original payment method within 14 days of inspection.

For in-store purchases, change-of-mind returns are not refundable, but eligible items may be exchanged or issued as store credit at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.
