Our Greenhouse Loyalty Membership is a way of giving back to you, our loyal customers.
Whilst many loyalty schemes these days require you to access apps or build up points, we're keeping it simple. Every Tuesday and Thursday we offer our loyalty customers 10% off all garden, gift shop and foods, excluding discounted items. All you have to do is sign up to our loyalty membership down below, choose between and digital or physical card, and you're set!

How does it all work?
1. Sign up using the form below, selecting if you want a digital or a physical loyalty card.
2. You're done!
If you selected digital card, all you need to do is scan the QR at our tills, sign-in using your email and your digital card will show.
If you've selected physical card, simply visit our tills and a member of staff will assign you a card. Please note, if we are busy you will have to wait during this time.

FAQ
What's the difference between digital and physical card?
By choosing a Digital Card, you’re opting for a quick and paperless loyalty experience. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with instructions on how to add your loyalty card to your phone’s wallet, whether you use Apple or Android.
By choosing a Physical Card, you’ll receive a traditional loyalty card that can be collected and activated at our tills.
Where possible, we recommend choosing a Digital Loyalty Card. It’s quicker to access, always available on your phone and helps us reduce unnecessary paper and plastic.
If you choose a Physical Card, you’ll still be able to access and use your Digital Loyalty Card at any time.
What if I become a loyalty member just online?
If you're not local, you can still become an online loyalty member.
Online members receive exclusive voucher codes by email to use on online purchases throughout the year.
If you visit us in-store regularly, we recommend signing up in-store as well. In-store members receive a physical loyalty card, giving them 10% off every Tuesday and Thursday.
You can also join both online and in-store to enjoy the benefits of each.
How does the loyalty card work?
The loyalty card is simply to make purchasing in-store easier. Just show your card on our loyalty days and we'll scan it and you get your discount!
How long do I have to collect my loyalty card?
We will hold you loyalty card for 14 days before we remove it from our system.

- The Langton Greenhouse and Garden Centre reserves the right to deny a discount on any product at any time for any reason.
- The Langton Greenhouse and Garden Centre may contact you, including by email, using your explicit consent to store personal data and contact you, with promotional offers, event information or regarding anything to do with your membership or the loyalty scheme as a whole.
- The Langton Greenhouse and Garden Centre Loyalty Scheme may be rescinded at any time.
- The Langton Greenhouse and Garden Centre are not obliged to admit anyone to the Loyalty Scheme, should they choose not to do so.
- The Langton Greenhouse and Garden Centre Loyalty Scheme only applies to products purchased in the Garden Centre, Speciality Foods or Gift Shop (formerly know as the Farm Shop and Gift Centre respectively) and does not apply to the Greenhouse Cafe, Langton Stone Company or any other company traiding on site or anywhere else, without their prior acknowledgement of this.
- The Langton Greenhouse and Garden Centre will not accept payment for discounted product with a gift card or HTA Garden Centre Voucher.
