Enjoy a selection of finger sandwiches, homemade scones with jam and cream, and indulgent cakes, all served with your choice of freshly brewed tea or coffee. Afternoon Tea is available from 2:00pm, Monday to Sunday, with up to 12 spaces available on weekdays and 6 at weekends.

Can't book online?
Phone bookings are only available on weekdays, either early in the morning or late afternoon. Due to high volumes during peak hours and weekends, we’re unable to take calls at other times. Please note that we cannot accept bookings via voicemail, so kindly avoid leaving a message.
You’re always welcome to visit us to book in person. We kindly ask that you come either in the morning or late afternoon to help avoid peak hours.
Afternoon Tea Vouchers
Once your booking is in the basket, you’ll see a discount code box above the checkout button. Simply enter your 16-digit code, and your discount will be applied instantly.
Unfortunately, our online booking system does not allow multiple discount codes to be applied to a single reservation, so this is beyond our control. If you make separate bookings under the same name, we will ensure that your party is seated together.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Any rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment time. Changes made after this period will only be subject to a 50% refund, to cover the cost of ingredients and preparation. You will find the link to reschedule or cancel on your original confirmation email.
Vegan / Gluten-Free
We provide gluten-free and vegan options. Simply select your preference during booking for £1 per person.
How to book
Simply choose your preferred date and time, select any optional extras such as gluten-free or vegan options, then choose your group size and add any personal preferences.
Once everything looks right, add your booking to your basket and complete checkout. Your Afternoon Tea will then be reserved for you.

For the quickest and easiest experience, we recommend booking online. If you're unable to do so, you can also book in person or call us on 01858 545819.
Telephone bookings are available on weekdays during the morning and afternoon. Due to high demand, we're unable to answer calls at weekends and cannot access voicemail messages, so please don't leave a voicemail.

What time does Afternoon Tea start?
Our Afternoon Tea service runs 7 days a week. Please see the times below:
Monday - Saturday: 2pm - 3pm
Sunday: 2pm - 3pm

How do I book an Afternoon Tea?
To book an Afternoon Tea, simply choose either our Standard Afternoon Tea or the Upgraded Afternoon Tea with Prosecco.
Then proceed with the booking form, making sure to select the correct number of guests, note any dietary requirements and lastly provide your contact details so we have your reference.
When's the earliest I can book my Afternoon Tea?
We kindly require 48 hours’ notice for all bookings to allow us adequate time to prepare.
If you’re celebrating a special occasion, we recommend booking even earlier, as our Afternoon Tea is in high demand.
How many people do you accommodate?
As we operate with a small team, our daily capacity is limited to 10 guests. If you’re hoping to book for a larger group, we recommend booking ahead to avoid disappointment.
How do I use my afternoon tea voucher?
If you have a Greenhouse Afternoon Tea Voucher, simply enter your voucher code at the checkout when making your payment.

What if I have dietary requirements?
We have vegetarian and gluten-free options available, and we’ll always do our very best to cater to any specific dietary requirements you may have.
Simply let us know in the dietary requirements box when booking.
Can I take home my leftovers?
Of course! If you have any leftovers, we can pop them into a takeaway box for you to take home and enjoy later.
Can I reschedule or cancel my Afternoon Tea?
To reschedule your booking, please use the confirmation link in your email. As long as it is more than 48 hours before your booking, you will have the option to reschedule.
For cancellations, please also use the link in your confirmation email. We require at least 48 hours’ notice; any cancellations after this time will result in the deposit being retained, as your food will already have been prepared. Thank you for your understanding.
