Online Returns

Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return

All returns can be initiated via the Shopify returns portal:

1. Go to your Order Status page and select the items you wish to return.

2. Submit a return request through the portal.

Once we receive your request, we will:

  • Approve your return if it meets our policy
  • Provide you with a pre-paid return label or QR code via email
  • Include instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return through the portal will not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

All returns will incur a £2.49 shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

This fee covers the cost of postage and processing.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via the portal or at enquiries@langtongreenhouse.co.uk if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalised items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure about a specific item, please get in touch.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item (once accepted via the portal) and make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you if the refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued minus the £2.49 return fee
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at enquiries@langtongreenhouse.co.uk.


 

In-Store Returns Policy

All items are sold as seen – no refunds.

Returns can be exchanged for another item or issued as a store credit note.

Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
