Full-Time Chef...

Approximately 35-40 hours a week over 5 days, including weekends.

Daytime hours. 

No split shifts. 


Duties to include:

• Stock control/rotation

• Assisting in running the kitchen in the head chef's absence

• Completing all documentation 

• Being able to work at a fast and efficient pace for breakfast and lunch service 

• Preparing food for service 

• Having the ability to come up with daily soups and specials 

• Managing ordering and incoming food deliveries
